Survey of current experimental studies of effects of traditional Chinese compound recipe on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效肯定,具有多靶点、多途径等整体治疗优势。作者从多元醇途径和相关代谢紊乱、蛋白激酶C的激活、蛋白非酶糖基化终产物的形成、氧化应激、神经营养因子、血流动力学和血管因素6个方面,对近6年来中药复方干预治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的实验研究进展进行综述,并就该领域研究所存在的问题进行分析和展望。

Traditional Chinese medicine has certain effects on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and predominates in the integral medication of multi-factorial, multi-target action, et al. In this paper, the experimental studies concerning the effects of Chinese compound recipes on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent 6 years are reviewed in respect of the polyalcohol pathway and related metabolic disorder, the activation of protein kinase C, the formation of advanced glycation endoproduets, oxidative stress, neurotrophy factors, haemodynamics and blood vessel factors. It analyzes the existing problems and looks into the future research in this domain as well.
