介绍了一种半导体致冷器件的致冷温度控制方法，包括温度控制原理及控制与检测电路等。该控制器采用连续式控制方式，实际控温精度可优于±０．０８℃，并具有冷却温度预设置。
This article introduces a way of temperature control by means of semi conductor cooling devices, including temperature control theory and control/detection circuits. This controller operates in a continuous controlling mode, and its actual control accuracy is between and less than ±0.08 degree C for it has the functions such as preset value of cooling temperature, and upper/lower limit warnings.
