摘要 目的:分离和鉴定香港远志全草的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20及半制备HPLC等柱色谱法进行分离、纯化,根据NMR和MS光谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:得到6个化合物,分别为1,7-二羟基酮(1),1,3,6-三羟基酮(2),1,4,7-三羟基-3-甲氧基酮(3),对羟基苯甲酸(4),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(5),2,5-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(6)。结论:化合物1-6均为首次从该植物中得到。 Objective: To isolate and elucidate the constituents of herbs of Polygala hongkongensis. Method: The constituents were isolated and purify by chromatographic on silica gel, Sephadax LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures were determined by NMR and MS spectral analysis. Result: Six compounds were identified as euxanthone (1), 1, 3, 6-trihydroxyxanthone (2), 1,4, 7-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-xanthone (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (5), and methy 1 2, 5- dihydroxybenzoate (6). Conclusion: The known compounds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
