摘要
研究了连续CO2激光预辐照对熔石英表面增强的影响,通过CO2激光对熔石英表面均匀加热,用原子力显微镜和偏光显微镜观察了熔石英表面微观结构变化,发现熔石英表面形成压应力层,表面微裂纹和凹凸度减少。并用调Q1.06μm激光对熔石英表面损伤,其损伤阈值提高了1.53倍。
This paper investigates the effect of laser pre irradiation on strengthening of fused silica surfaces. Fused silica surfaces heated evenly with CW CO 2 laser radiation under go in changes including residual compress stress occurred, peak to volley and microcracks decreased, which are observed by polarized microscopy and atom force microscopy. Damage thresholds of fused silica surfaces measured with a Q switched Nd∶YAG laser increase by a factor of 1.53 after pre irradiation.
