130例胸腺瘤的诊断及外科治疗 被引量：5

摘要 胸腺肿瘤是最常见的纵隔肿瘤之一，胸腺肿瘤中约20％并发重症肌无力；重症肌无力病例80％有胸腺异常。1977年3月至2005年2月我们采用胸腺摘除加纵隔脂肪组织清除术，取得一定疗效，现对130例的临床资料进行回顾分析，并对诊断及外科治疗的有关问题进行探讨。
