摘要
本文给出了TA5钛合金的低周疲劳性能试验数据。研究了主冷凝器在循环载荷下,材料循环硬化或软化特性、应力与应变曲线以及应变与寿命的关系,并预示了低周疲劳寿命。此外,对疲劳断口进行了分析对比。
Based on the low cycle fatigue property data of TA5 titanium alloy given in the paper, and for a main-condenser under a cyclic load, this paper studies cyclic hardening/softening characteristics, stress vs strain curves and the given relation of strain to life, with a prediction of the low cycle fatigue life. Besides, This paper also analyzes and compares the fatigue fractures.
