摘要
本文讨论了不同原始Ca/P摩尔比下用溶胶-凝胶法及水热法合成的羟基磷灰石的特性。用X射线衍射、红外光谱、热分析和比表面积测定结果表明:提高Ca/P比有利于结构碳酸根进入磷灰石晶体结构类质同象取代磷酸根,使溶-凝法合成的羟基磷灰石结构畸变加大,结晶度下降,等效粒径减小,比表面积增大,并引起晶胞参数a值的规律性下降。
The characteristics of hydroxyl apatite synthesised on different conditions by sol gel and hydrothermal methods are discussed.The XRD,IR,DTA,TG and specific surface area measurement show that,as Ca/P ratio in solution increases,the CO 2- 3 enter easily into the apatite to substitute PO 3- 4,resulting in high specific surface area,high deformation,low crystallinity,small crystallite and decrease of lattice parameter.
