摘要
提出了基于典型波形采集的变流器控制方法—波形库控制方法。它不需要系统数学模型,通过对采集的系统典型阶跃响应输出数据进行处理实现系统控制。波形库是变流器典型波形响应数据库,根据需要可以构成系统单波形库与多波形库。分析了典型波形信息与系统控制期望之间的关系,系统控制量可以由波形库与期望值直接合成,并根据内模原理应用波形库补偿一个控制增量,实现波形库控制。该控制思想在三相AC/DC/AC系统中进行了实验验证。阐述了实验中波形采集方法、典型波形的预处理以及波形控制算法。实验结果验证了波形库控制的可行性。
A new control method - waveform-library control was presented. It can attain system controller without system mathematical model by processing the typical step response data of the system. Concept of waveform library was put forward. The waveform library control was achieved by analysis of the relation between typical waveform and system control reference. The relation between typical response waveform and system output reference was given out. With the inner mode control theory a compensative control variable was used to decrease tracking error with the waveform library control. This control method was applied to a three phase AC/DC/AC conversion system. The data sampling, data processing programming and control method in experiment were provided. The experimental results verify the waveform library control theory.
