摘要 介绍了目前国内外纳米粉体二氧化铈的主要制备方法,其中包括水热晶化法、溶胶-凝胶法、微乳液和均匀沉淀耦合法、均匀沉淀和炭吸附耦合法、模板剂共沉淀法、室温(湿)固相化学反应法、一步熔融盐分解法等。通过对各方法的实验条件、制备工艺、产品性状等探讨研究,分析评述了各方法的应用及其工业化前景,旨在为高附加值稀土材料的研制开发提供方向。 Preparation methods for nano - sized CeO2 powder in China and abroad are introduced in this paper, which include:hydrothermal crystallization, sol-gel method, the coupling route of micro- emulsion with homogeneous precipitation, the coupling route of reverse micelles with carbon absorption, precipitation with the mould reagent, solid ( humid ) state reaction at room temperature and one - step molten salt decomposition method etc.. The prospect of application and industrialization of these methods are analyzed and reviewed, through the investigation and research on their experimental conditions, preparation technologies and product performances. This paper is intended to provide a direction for the development and preparation of high added - value rare - earth materials.
