重钙超细粉碎工艺与粒度分布的定量关系

摘要 为了得到重钙的粒度分布和超细粉碎工艺条件之间的定量关系,研究了行星式球磨机中重钙的湿法超细粉碎过程,主要考察了氧化锆球的直径、球的填充率、浆料中碳酸钙的质量分数、球磨机自转速度及球磨时间对重钙粒度分布的影响。实验结果表明,重钙的粒度分布符合经验方程R(d)=kdn/(d5n0+dn),方程参数和粉碎工艺条件之间的关系可用多项式y=a+3j=14i=1bijxji+b51x5+b25x52表示,应用这两个方程可以模拟和预测行星磨中重钙湿法超细粉碎过程的粒度分布。 In order to get the quantitative relation between particle size distribution and ultrafine grinding process conditions of ground calcium carbonate, the grinding process of ground calcium carbonate in the planetary - type ball mill by wet method was studied. The influence of grinding parameters on size distribution of ground calcium carbonate was mainly reviewed, such as zirconia bali's diameter,zirconia bali's stuffing rate ,mass fraction of calcium carbonate in the slurry, autorotation speed of ball mill and grinding time. Test results showed that the size distribution of ground calcium carbonate was 3 4 in accord with the empirical function R(d) = kd^n/( d50^n + d^n) .The polynomial function ( y= a+∑1=1^3 ∑i=1^4 bi^j xi^j+b5^1x5+b5^2x5^2) can be used to express the relation between the grinding process conditions and the parameters of the empirical function. These two functions can simulate and predict the size distribution of ground calcium carbonate during the ultrafine grinding process by wet method in the planetary - type ball mill.
