The production and formation of aluminium base amorphous alloys is a novel material manufacturing technique, which had broken through the barrier for Al-base alloys to transform into amorphous from crystal, and realizd the multipolarities of Al-base alloys struc-tures. The production and formation technique as well as the excellent properties of Al-base amorphous alloys are described, and recent and future development of this technique at home and abroad are reviewed.
