以四氯化钛为原料溶剂热法合成介孔二氧化钛 被引量:5

Synthesis of mesoporous titania by solvent-thermal method using titanium tetrachloride as raw material

摘要 以四氯化钛为原料,采用十二烷基磺酸钠为模板剂,分别以丁醇和辛醇为溶剂,通过溶剂热法合成介孔二氧化钛。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和比表面、孔径分析等方法对所合成的介孔二氧化钛进行表征。实验结果表明:以十二烷基磺酸钠为模板剂,通过溶剂热法合成了具有两种混合晶相、分散性好、热稳定性好的介孔二氧化钛,其孔径范围在3.0~4.0nm。试样后处理表明,经550℃焙烧3h后以辛醇为溶剂所合成的样品介孔结构仍能保持。 Mesoperous titania was synthesized by solvent -thermal method, using sodium dodecyl sulphonate as template agent,using titanium tetrachloride as raw material and using butanol and octanol as solvent, respectively. The synthesized mesoporous titania was characterized by means of X - ray diffraction ( XRD ), transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) and specific surface and pore diameter analysis methods etc.. The experimental results showed that mesoporous titania with two mixed crystalline phases was synthesized by solvent - thermal method using sodium dodecyl sulphonate as template agent,which had good dispersivity and thermal - stability and its pore radius range was 3.0 - 4.0 nm. The post - treated results showed that mesoporous structure of the synthesized sample using octanol as solvent can still be preserved after being calcined at 550 ℃ for 3 h.
