Al-Mg-Sc合金板料激光冲击成形的有限元分析 被引量:2

Finite Element Analysis of Al-Mg-Sc Alloy Sheet Laser Shock Forming

摘要 激光冲击板料变形是利用高能脉冲激光和材料相互作用诱导的高幅冲击波的力效应使板料产生塑性变形的新型激光加工技术。基于激光冲击成形原理,建立了有限元模型,利用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc,对激光冲击载荷下Al-Mg-Sc板料成形过程进行模拟。结果表明:仿真结果与实验结果取得了良好的一致性,随着激光能量的增大,变形量增大;当激光能量大于30J时,板料最大变形量随着约束孔径的增大而增大,当激光能量小于30J时,板料最大变形量随着约束孔径的减小而增大,在距冲击中心9mm附近和冲击中心处,属于易破裂区域,距冲击中心3mm附近,应力值也比较大。 The sheet metal deforming induced by laser shock peening is a new thechnique realized by laser induced shock wave on the surface of sheet metal. Based on the laser shock forming principle, the finite element model is established then the finite element analysis software MSC. Marc is used to simulate the Al-Mg-Sc sheet forming process under laser shock load. Results indicated: the simulation result and the experimental result have obtained the good uniformity. Along with laser energy increasing, the distortion quantity increases; When the laser energy is bigger than 30J, the sheet biggest distortion quantity increases along with the restraint aperture increasing, when the laser energy is smaller than 30J, the sheet biggest distortion quantity reduces along with the restraint aperture increases, the place that aparts from nearby impact center 9mm and the impact center is the fragile crack region and the stress value of the place that aparts from nearby impact center 3mm is also quite big.
