声化学法可控合成硅酸钇纳米晶 被引量:6

Controllable Synthesis of Yttrium Silicates Nanocrystallites with a Phonochemical Method

摘要 以硝酸钇、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠为主要原料,通过调节起始溶液配比,采用声化学法可控合成硅酸钇纳米晶。借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)分析粉体的晶相结构和显微形貌,并探讨了硅酸钇纳米晶的声化学合成机理。结果表明:选不同配比的溶液体系,经超声波200W功率作用60min后,得到的沉淀于900℃下保温2h,最终可获得颗粒尺寸分别为40-55nm、50-65nm和25-40nm的Y2SiO5、Y4.67(SiO4)3O和Y2Si2O7三种硅酸钇纳米晶。 Yttrium silicates nanocrystallites were prepared by a phonochemical method using Y( NO3 )3, Na2SiO3 and NaOH as main source materials. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) were used to analyze the phase and microstructures of the powders. The synthesis mechanisms of the yttrium silicates nanocrystallites were also discussed. Results show that three kinds of precursors with different initial solution composition are obtained during the deposition process under ultrasonic irradiation at 200W for 60min. After heat treated at 900℃ for 2h, Y2SiO5, Y4.67 (SiO4) 3O and Y2Si2O7 with the particle sizes of 40-55nm,50-65nm and 25-40nm can be achieved.
