摘要
肌细胞增强因子-2(MEF2A)是心肌细胞特异性基因表达和转录的中心调控因素。通过与基因启动子中特异序列结合,从而发挥对肌细胞特异性基因表达、转录的调控作用。近期研究表明,冠心病易感基因MEF2A的突变会影响其转录产物MEF2A蛋白的空间构象,减弱其在肌细胞信号介导的转录激活效能,进而导致血管内皮发育不良、单核细胞浸润,启动动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。
Myocyte enhancer factor2 (MEF2) is an important factor in activating muscle-specific genes expression and controlling transcription. It plays an important role in the regulation of many skeletal muscle- and cardiac muscle-specific gene expression and transcription. Recent researches indicate that the deletion mutation of MEF2A can attenuate the transcription activation, result in the dysplasia of blood vessel endothelium and stimulate the pathogenesis of coronary artery diseases.
