骨髓基质细胞移植治疗新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤时间窗探讨 被引量:11

摘要 近年来,用干细胞移植治疗新生动物缺氧缺血性脑损伤(hypoxic—ischemicbraindamage,HIBD)取得了一定的效果。如何充分利用脑损伤内在的修复机制,使移植达到最佳效果,目前关于这方面的研究较少,而且也主要基于成年动物大脑中动脉缺血(MCAO)模型。本研究在新生大鼠脑损伤后24h、72h、7d进行移植,观察不同时间点移植对大鼠远期行为学影响、组织学改变以及BMSCs在脑内的神经分化,探讨新生大鼠HIBD后最适宜的移植时间窗,为BMSCs临床移植治疗提供理论基础。
