摘要
研究了离子氮化工艺参数对L2和LY12二种铝合金渗氮层的组织和结构的影响。应用SEM,X-射线衍射分析,XPS和TEM等方法对渗氮层的组织、相结构、渗氮层的化学成分与价态进行了分析。结果表明,渗氮层由A1N和含N的α-Al固溶体及微量的Al2O3所组成。随着离子氮化温度和时间的提高,渗氮层的厚度随之增加。
This paper deals with the influence of Ion nitriding technique parameters,on the structures and compositions of two aluminium alloys: L2 and LY12. The chemical composition, chemical valence, phase composition, and structure of nitrided layer are investigated with the methods, such as, SEM, TEM, X-ray photoeletron spectroscopy (XPS),X-ray diffraction, etc. It is shown that the nitrided layer consists of AlN,α-Al solid solution with N dissolved,and tiny minority of Al 2O 3 With the temperarature and time of the Ion nitriding increasing,the thickness if nitrided layer increases.
