腮腺多型性腺瘤伴广泛脂肪化生二例
摘要
例1，患者男，63岁。因左耳下肿块20年，肿痛5d于2005年11月12日入院。体检：左腮腺区巨大肿块，圆形，8．5cm×7．0cm大小，质中偏软，表面光滑，压痛阳性，有波动感，边界清，活动可。于当月15日行左腮腺肿物＋腮腺浅叶切除。术中发现左腮腺导管和面神经颞支被肿物推向上方。例2，患者女，45岁。因右耳下肿块半年逐渐增大于2005年2月20日入院。体检：右耳垂下肿块，直径4cm，境界清，质偏硬，无压痛，少许活动。入院后全麻下行腮腺肿瘤及部分腺叶切除。
