实时三维超声心动图与核磁共振定量评价左心室心肌质量的对照研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)定量评价左心室心肌质量的可行性及准确性。方法以心脏核磁共振(CMRI)为参考标准,应用RT-3DE测量31例健康志愿者舒张末期左心室心肌质量(LVM)。结果30例志愿者获得了具有清晰内外膜边界的三维图像,RT-3DE数据采集及分析时间均短于CMRI;RT-3DE与CMRI测量所得LVM的差异无统计学意义〔(97.1±17.7)gvs(97.2±16.8)g,P=0.974〕,且具有良好的相关性(r=0.824,P<0.001);RT-3DE测量所得左心室心肌质量指数男女组间比较差异有统计学意义〔(61.67±7.65)g/m2vs(55.90±7.48)g/m2,P=0.048);体表面积对LVM有影响(标准化回归系数β=0.711,P<0.05),而年龄、心率及左心室舒张末期容积对LVM无明显影响。结论实时三维超声心动图可能是一种准确定量评价左心室心肌质量的新技术。
