摘要 研究了热处理工艺对50.6at%Ni-Ti合金丝材弯曲疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:该丝材经过固溶和时效后具有不同的弯曲疲劳寿命,其中固溶处理温度为1023k并且时效温度673k时,具有最高寿命;抗拉强度随热处理工艺的改变呈同样变化趋势;形变和时效有助于弯曲疲劳性能的提高;丝材表面的氧化皮则明显降低其弯曲疲劳性能;对其原因进行了初步分析。 The effect of heat treatment on bending-fatigue property of the 50.6at% Ni-Ti alloy wire has been studied in this paper. The results show that the wire has different bending-fatigue life after solution treatment and aging; the wire that solution treated at 1023k and aged at 673k has the longest life; the tensile strength has the same trend as bending-fatigue life,deformation and aging are helpful to increase the bending-tatigue property; the oxidation surface decrease the bending-fatigue property obviously, which have been discussed preliminarily.
