脊柱-骨盆融合术的适应证与外科技术进展 被引量:8

摘要 自从1911年Albee采用自体植骨棘突间融合治疗Port病,脊柱融合技术已有近百年历史。随着骨科生物力学及骨科器械的迅速发展,脊柱融合技术已经非常成熟,并广泛开展。然而,涉及腰骶节段的融合技术,以及定义更加广泛的脊柱。骨盆固定融合技术却仍然十分具有挑战性。困扰此项技术开展的瓶颈主要在于骶髂骨解剖结构复杂,毗邻重要器官、血管、神经。
