摘要
采用电镜技术对加镁GH2036合金晶界相进行了研究。结果表明,适量镁对晶界MC等相有细化、球化作用。还可促进块状MC向颗粒M23C6转化,使合金晶界强化,从而显著提高持久寿命。
Both TEM and SEM were employed to study the grain boundaries of GH2036 super alloy. The results show that proper magnesium addition make MC in the boundary fine and spheroidal. The microalloying, which also improves the transformation of coarse MC into fine M 23 C 6 particle,strengthens the grain boundary and obviously improves the endurance life of the superalloy.
