摘要
采用金相显微镜、电子显微分析仪、中子衍射仪等分析了淬火U0.77Zr0.23合金的微观组织、相组成和相结构,观测到了经不同热处理制度获得的微观形貌和晶体结构各异的马氏体相。建立了合金硬度随不同热处理所形成的α相中Zr含量的变化关系;肯定了由β+γ2区和α+γ2区水淬获得的α″相。
U 0 77 Zr 0 23 alloy is one of the most promising metallic fuels for liquid metal fast breeder reactors (LMFBR).Its quenching samples are analysed by metalloscope,electron microanalyser,neutron diffractometer to determine the microstructure,the constituent phases and their crystal structure.The martensitic phases with different micromorphology and crystal structure can be obtained by various heat treatment conditions.The effects of Zr content in α phase and annealing temperature on hardness of the water quenched alloy are summarized.The α″ phase,obtained by water quenched from β+γ 2 or α+γ 2 phase section,are confirmed.
