Si_3N_4陶瓷在不同介质中的循环疲劳特性

摘要 研究了Si3N4陶瓷在不同介质(空气、水、煤油)中的循环疲劳特性,并获得材料在不同介质中的应力腐蚀指数n。结果发现,材料循环疲劳裂纹扩展速率依次为水中最大,煤油中次之,空气中最小。并对其循环疲劳过程进行分析,发现在循环疲劳过程中,机械应力起主要作用,同时应力腐蚀过程也有一定影响。 The cyclic fatigue behaviour of Si3N4 material in various mediums (air, H2O, kerosene) was studied.The stress corrosion exponent n in different medium was obtained also.The results have shown that the propagation rate of cyclic fatigue crack in water is the highest, then closely followed in kerosene, and the lowest in air. The cyclic fatigue process was analysed. And we found that the stress played an important role during the cyclic fatigue process, and stress corrosion process had some effect also
