显微组织对中碳含硅贝氏体钢高应力冲击磨损性能的影响

摘要 研究了中碳含硅贝氏体钢不同组织结构对高应力冲击磨损行为的影响。结果表明,经310℃等温得到的下贝氏作具有比350℃等温的上贝氏作更高的耐磨性,在同一硬度下,贝-马复相组织的耐磨性高于马氏体组织。 The high stress impact wear behaviors of bainite steel containing silicon with different microstructure were studied. It was found that the lower bainite structure isothermally treated at 310℃ had much higher wear resistance than the upper bainite structure isothermally treated at 350℃. And the wear resistance of structure with bainite and martensite was superior than that of the structure with martensite at the same hardness
