MAGNETISM IMPROVEMENT AND ANNEALING EMBRITTLEMENT OF FE-BASED AMORPHOUS ALLOYS

摘要 对于并行工程,提出了一种设计知识新的表示方法──资源模型。根据命题逻辑及集合论,给出了资源及资源间运算关系的定义和资源使用过程的定义,说明了这一过程是一个递归过程。基于上述定义,描述了并行工程中多功能小组。任务并行执行、知识重用和质量管理等问题。 The correlatioat between the stress relief and magnetism improvement during the annealing procesa, and the influence of annealing embrittlement on the magnetic application of Fe - based amorphous alloys ave analyzed . After isochronal annealing, the saturation in- duction and maximum permeability of as - quenched amorphous Fe79B16Si5 alloy increase by 72 % and 22 times, respectively, concurrently with the reduction of coercive force and power loss by 86 % and 83 % , respectively . These changes are primarily due to the effective re- moval of the stress - induced magnetic anisotmpy resulted from the complete relaxation of in- ternal stresses during annealing . However , because of the ductile - brittle transition which occours well below the temperatures for magnetism improvement, amorphous alloy strips be- come very brittle after magnetism improvement annealing and cannot be deformed any more . As a result, this will obviously affect the application of Fe - based amorphous alloys . Anneal- ing by ptlse current heating can effectively improve the magnetic properties of as - quenched Fe - based amorphous alloys with no or few loss of ductility . So it is hopeful to become a practical method for obtaining optimum ductility and magnetic properties properties of amorphous Fe - based alloys .
