摘要
从平面磨床CAD的需要出发,研究了两项高新技术。提出了“卸积木式”力学模型。通过对该模型的求解和参数优化,实现磨床主轴的体积和刚度优化。提出了新的变量设计方法──变量推理法。在自动建立变量设计模型基础上,以尺寸驱动可自动得到新的设计图样,特别适用于优化设计,修改设计及系列化设计。研究成果具有普遍意义。
The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics for four types of plate fin - and - tube heat exchangers widely used in air conditioning industry in China are inventiguted experimentally. The airside heat transfer and pressure drop correlations are obtained in the Reimolds number range from 5 × 102 - 5 × 103 , which is commonly en- countered in industrial application . A comprehensive analysis and evaluation of heat transfer performance are per- forrned.It is believed that the correlations and the perforrnance evaluation results presented will be very helpful in the optimum design of heat exchangers .
