摘要
随着CNG汽车加气站网络的逐步形成,加气站设备役龄的增加,加气站安全形势日趋严峻。通过查阅标准文献、咨询专家和实地调查研究,重点对事故站进行统计和分析,采用条件广义方差极小法对定量指标进行遴选,建立CNG加气站设备安全风险评价指标体系通用层次模型。经过模型分解,确立加气站各大系统的安全性缺陷项目,从而建立了CNG加气站设备安全风险评价指标体系及评价标准。据此为政府职能部门进行CNG加气站设备安全性评价时提供决策依据,也可为加气站设备生产制造厂设备改型换代提供科技攻关方向。
Along with the gradual formation of CNG filling station network,and the increasing working life of the equipments under operation,the security of CNG filling stations has been under increasingly serious situation.Through looking up from standard references,consulting with experts,and doing research on fields,this paper studied and analyzed statistically especially on those stations at which accidents had happened ever before.In this case of study,quantitative indexes have been selected by adopting Conditional Generalized Differential Generalized Differential-minimum Method to build up the universal Model of CNG station equipment risk and security evaluation.This model was analyzed then to determine security Blemish item contacted with every part associated to CNG stations,which helped establish security and risk evaluation index system and evaluation criterion.This can provide not only the support for the administrative departments of the local government to enact the policies on CNG station equipment risk and security evaluation,but also the scientific and technical orientation for those manufacturers to choose the appropriate types for the new generation of CNG station equipments.
