L-CNG加气站的推广应用前景

THE PROSPECTS FOR PROMOTING THE APPLICATION OF L/CNG STATIONS

L-CNG加气站既适合对LNG汽车加气,也适合对CNG汽车加气,是一种投资省、占地少、能耗低、噪音小、充装速度快、不依赖管网、灵活方便的多功能加气站。通过对CNG常规站、子母站,LNG站及L-CNG站等天然气汽车加气站的特点进行比较,分析了各类加气站技术经济性和适应范围,着重对L-CNG加气站进行了技术经济分析。结果表明,L-CNG加气站在投资和运行费方面都低于CNG常规站和子母站,具有良好的经济效益。在具备LNG气源条件并推广应用CNG汽车的地区应积极建设L-CNG加气站。有助于城市加气网点的合理布局,提高资源综合利用效率,节约能源,推进天然气汽车产业的发展。

The L/CNG stations,being able to feed not only LNG but CNG to natural gas vehicles,is a kind of feasible and convenient gas filling station with multiple functions,which is characterized by low investment,low energy consumption,low noise,fast filling speed,and being independent from pipelines.Comparing with many other types of gas filling stations,such as CNG standard stations,parent and subsidary stations,LNG stations,and so on,this paper analyzed their different technical economics and their different application scope.The study shows that both investment and operation fee of L/CNG stations are lower than those of either CNG or LNG stations.Due to a good economic effect,L/CNG stations should be encouraged to be constructed especially at the area with LNG resource,which helps build up a reasonable layout of city gas network,save energy and improve the general use efficiency of resource,and the most important of all,promote NGV development in China.
