国内压缩天然气汽车产业发展分析

ANALYSIS ON CNG VEHICLES INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA

我国压缩天然气汽车产业不仅在毗邻气源产地的四川、重庆、陕西、新疆等地区得到迅猛发展,而且在远离气源产地的北京及西气东输沿线城市发展势头强劲。通过对上述地区压缩天然气汽车产业基本情况的简要介绍,总结、分析部分具有代表性的城市发展压缩天然气汽车的经验及在加气站规划与建设、气站主要设备、产业政策、天然气汽车技术与能耗等方面的概况,提出了各地发展清洁燃料汽车的经验和值得注意的问题,强调天然气汽车产业发展离不开政府的政策扶持,而加气站规划、建设与运营则是关键内容。同时指出应当尽快完善相关技术标准、法规的建设,并在有条件的地区积极发展液化天然气汽车。

CNG vehicles are being developed well not only in those areas close to natural gas source like Sichuan,Chongqing,Shaanxi,and Xingjiang,etc.,but also being advanced to a fast progress in these areas far away from gas source such as Beijing and some other big cities along the 'West-to-East' pipeline.This paper gives a brief account of CNG-Vs industry in those areas mentioned above,summarizing and analyzing lessons and experiences from the representative cities,the scope of which include the planning and construction of gas stations,main equipments for stations,the industry policies,NG-V techniques and energy consumption.Lessons to be learned and problems to be taken into consideration have been pointed out at different places where NG-Vs are being developed.The industry of NG-Vs depends mostly upon the policies drawn by local governments,with the help of which gas stations will be able to be under smooth way of planning,constructing and operating.Meanwhile,it suggests that the technical standard and regulations should be completed as soon as possible in order to meet with the requirements of NG-Vs' development,and LNG vehicles should be encouraged to develop in those areas under advantageous conditions.
