摘要
根据有关文献资料、专家访谈资料和2005年全国卫生财务年报资料,分析了我国公立医疗机构实行"收支两条线"管理试点的政策依据、运行机制和模式、运行效果以及公立医疗机构"收支两条线"管理面临的困难和问题。为我国公立医疗机构的"收支两条线"管理模式探索提供可以借鉴的政策建议。
