当前,在公立医院内部运行机制改革尚不完善的情况下,公立医院要肩负起社会基本医疗保障和公共卫生服务的重担。要实现公立医院社会效益的最大化,做好医务人员的思想政治工作尤为重要。应充分认识到,做好思想政治工作是加强医德医风建设、引导医务人员树立正确价值观、世界观以及深化公立医院改革和提高管理水平的内在要求。新时期公立医院思想政治工作要以医德医风建设为重点、以培养和塑造医务人员正确的价值观为切入点、以医院文化建设为载体,提高公立医院思想政治工作的实效性。

In the situation in which the interior operation mechanism reform of public hospitals is imperfect,public hospitals have to shoulder the heavy burdens of basic medical security and public health service.In order to maximize the social benefit of public hospitals ,it is of great significance to do the ideological ＆＆political work of the medical staff well.It should befully realized that doing ideological ＆＆political work is the intrinsic demands of strengthening construction of medical moral ,helping medical staff develop correct value sense and world outlook,deepening the reform of public hospitals and improving the management level.In the new situation,the constuction of medical moral should be stressed in the ideological ＆ political work of public hospitals ,with developing correct value sense of medical staff as a break through point,the cultural construction of hospitals as the carrier,so as to improve the efficiency of theideological ＆ political work of public hospitals.
