摘要
本文归纳了目前理论界和实践工作中对民事执行权性质的不同观点,分析了民事执行权的性质问题,以求理顺执行体制,重新构建我国的民事执行机构。
This article summarized the different views on the nature of the civil enforcement rights in current theoretical field and practical work, analyzed the nature of civil enforcement rights in order to rationalize the operational structure and re-establish our country＇s civil enforcement agency.
