论中国养老保险体制之完善

Improvement of endowment insurance system in China

随着社会的快速发展,人口老龄化逐渐成为中国社会中一个突出的问题。如何切实保障普通市民步入老年后的正常生活,已经成为各级政府急待解决的问题。当前,世界各国养老保障工作的主要内容是养老保险,我国在这方面仍处于起步阶段,大量问题急待完善。根据我国具体国情,结合西方国家的成功经验,笔者对我国养老保险体制相关问题的完善提出了自己的见解。

With the rapid development of society, the aging of the population has gradually become a prominent problem in China＇s society. How to effectively protect the normal life of general old-aged citizens has become a pressing problem in all levels of government. At present, the major component of old-age security all over the world is endowment insurance. It is still at the preliminary stage in China with a lot of problems that need to improve. According to China＇s specific conditions and combined with the successful experience of Western count,s, the author put forward his own views on issues related to the endowment insurance system.
