谈如何以学生为本

高校作为大学生成长成才的主阵地,在新的形势下,应该进一步从传统的教育模式向全新的教育模式———以“学生为本”的教育模式转变。然而,如何以“学生为本”,将以“学生为本”贯彻在教师的日常工作中,并不是一件容易的事。这要求,教师自身首先要具备扎实的专业知识,准备好每一堂课;能与学生产生共鸣;要采取灵活的教学方式,焕发出课堂活力。

As the main front of college students growing up in the new situation, univemities should transform from the traditional mode of education to the new mode of education - to the ＂student-oriented＂ education model. However, how ＂student- relented＂ or being＂ ＂student-oriented＂ in cartying out the day-to-day work of teachers, is not an easy thing to do. This requires that teachers themselves must have a solid professional knowledge, prepare for each class, sympathize with the students, and adopt flexible teaching methods to coruscate the energy of the classroom.
