摘要
阐述钢带传动的一般设计方法,加工工艺过程及其传动误差分析。讨论了钢带接头的材料、设计、加工及装配方法。并指出钢带传动本身并非精密传动,但由于可对其传动进行准确的补偿,使得钢带传动成为一种精密传动系统。
A way of desgin. technological process and compensating transmissionerror for steel belt drive have been developed in this paper. The material of steel belt,and design ,processing and assembly for steel belt head are dicussed. Although steel telt drive is not a way of precision driving for itself,we can compensate the transmission accurately,and thuo make steel belt drive to be a precision driving.
