摘要
试验运用植物根尖压片法对51个苜蓿品种的根尖细胞染色体数目、核型进行了研究，试验结果表明：苜蓿的染色体基数为X=8或X=7，核型公式为2n=4x=32m或2n=4x=28m；不同的苜蓿品种适合不同的冰处理时间，与染色体数目和核型之间没有特异性。
In this experiment, we studied chromosome number and karyotype analysis of root tip on 51 alfalfa varieties, the observation result showed that the chromosome radix of alfalfa is X=8 or X=7, different alfalfa varieties have different suitable ice pretreatment time.
