摘要
本实验应用组化、免疫组化和放射免疫测定等技术观察硫酸铊对鸡胚甲状腺的影响。结果显示,实验组甲状腺滤泡胶质的甲状腺球蛋白和T_3,T_4量明显减少,血清T_3,T_4量明显低于对照组。提示硫酸铊可使鸡胚甲状腺机能低下。
By using the methods of histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay, we investigated the effects of thallium sulphate on the thyroid of chick embryos. The results shown decrease of thyroglobulin and T_3, T_4 in thyroid follicles and reduction of T_3, T_4 in selum. These indicated that thallium sulphate can result in hypothyroidism in chick embryos.
