The model education of the members of communist party and the building of party organization at the basic level in university are dialectical. Now the basic party organization in university, which is the base of launching all the work and the fighting power, should insist on heading the educational theory creativity with the creativity of ideological education in out party, should promote the creativity of the educational management system via the creativity of the building of our party organization, should bring along the creativity of the building of leading organization by means of cultivation of a fine work style.
