Huang Binhong is a great master of landscape painting in the 20th century. His paintings learned from me painters of Ming Dynasty and can be traced back to Ming and Song Dynasty. He absorbed the technique of painting from different schools. However, he changed his brushwork at his old age. His vigorous painting style creates a unique models in the domain of landscape paintings and set a good example for the later generations. Undoubtedly, his extraordinary personality and artistic achievements have great significance and deep inspiration to the inherit ion and development of contemporary Chinese painting.
