摘要
随着我国高等教育的快速发展,大学毕业生就业问题显得越来越突出。影响大学生就业的关键因素,主要包括我国高等教育的结构特别是高校学科结构、政府的宏观调控政策、社会用人制度以及大学生就业择业观等。从高校学科、专业结构调整,政府宏观调控以完善毕业生就业市场,完善大学生就业指导体系,转变大学生就业观念和社会用人观念,推进“订单式培养”——建立校企合作模式等层面,对解决大学生就业难问题提出具体建议。
