摘要
分析了进口废物原料的进口现状及存在的问题,总结了现行检验检疫方式的优点和存在的问题,并对新形势下的进口废物原料检验检疫方式即检验检疫和后续监管手段和方法进行了探讨。
The status and problems of the imported wastes as raw materials were analyzed and the merits and problems of the ways of inspection and quarantine existing were summed up. It shows that both the port inspection and quarantine and post supervision shall be strengthened.
