目的:建立一种快速准确的紫外分光光度法测定肾上腺色腙片的含量。方法:不去糖衣,直接紫外分光光度法测定。结果:此方法测得结果与原标准方法测得的结果无显著性差异,糖衣本身无吸收。结论:本方法快捷、简便、重现性好。
