摘要
目的:探讨老年消化性溃疡患者与正常对照组血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),一氧化氮(NO)的水平变化。方法:经胃镜证实的老年活动期消化性溃疡患者30例(男21例,女9例),平均年龄65.8岁。健康老年人30例(男19例,女11例),平均年龄66.1岁。采用比色法检测血清SOD和NO的浓度。结果:老年溃疡组血清SOD和NO浓度分别为82.60±13.51NU/mL和55.46±24.73μmol/L,正常对照组分别为102.40±23.12NU/mL和72.60±23.51μmol/L。两组比较老年溃疡组SOD和NO浓度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:老年消化性溃疡病患者血清SOD、NO与正常对照组比较明显降低,提示在溃疡的形成和愈合过程中存在NO的粘膜保护作用不足。
Objective: To discuss the differences of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) between senior patients with peptic ulcer and normal humans. Methods: We randomly selected 30 senior patients (21 men and 9 women) with peptic ulcer at active stage who underwent gastric endoscopy. We also had a control of 19 men and 11 women. Serum SOD and serum NO were measured with colorimetric analysis. Results:In ulcer group, the level of serum SOD and serum NO were 82.60 μ 13.51NU/mL;55.46 μ 24.73μmol/L, respectively. In control group they were 102.40 ±23.12 NU/ mL ;72.60± 23.51μmol/L, respectively, In ulcer group, the level of serum SOD and serum NO were significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Nitric Oxde is an important medium that makes gastric mucosa vessel dilate,it can increase the blood fluency of gastric mucous and protect gastric mucosa. The lower serum NO level in senior patients with peptic ulcer indicates the insufficiency of NO's function,that is,the protection on mucosa during the development and recovery of ulcer.
