局部亚低温治疗胆红素脑病仔兔中GLU的变化研究

摘要 目的:观察局部亚低温对胆红素脑病仔兔血清中GLU(谷氨酸)治疗前后的影响。方法:建立胆红素脑病模型,对治疗组予亚低温治疗,采用高效液相色谱仪测定胆红素脑病仔兔治疗前后血清中GLU含量。结果:胆红素脑病仔兔治疗前亚低温治疗组血清中GLU含量与常温组比较,无显著性差异,(P>0.05)。亚低温治疗48小时后与同时间点常温组比较血清中GLU明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:贴敷式局部亚低温治疗可降低胆红素脑病仔兔血清中GLU含量,减轻胆红素神经毒性,对脑组织具有保护作用,有可能成为治疗胆红素脑病的一种有效措施。 Objective: To investigate the local mild hypothermia on baby rabbit serum bilirubin encephalopathy GLU (glutamic acid) before and after the impact. Methods : bilirubin encephalopathy model of treatment for mild hypothermia treatment. HPLC determination of serum bilirubin encephalopathy Rabbits GLU content before and after treatment. Results : Mild hypothermia treatment bilirubin encephalopathy baby rabbit serum glutamic acid content in the treatment group compared with the control group, no significant difference. ( P 〉 0.05 ). Treatment of mild hypothermia after 48 hours at room temperature and time points compared with the significantly lower serum glutamate, a significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : Application of local mild hypothermia treatment can reduce serum bilirubin encephalopathy Rabbits GLU content reduce bilirubin neurotoxicity of the brain play a protective role, may be an effective treatment measures bilirubin encephalopathy,
