摘要
本文对53例动脉硬化性脑梗塞患者发病后10天内血浆血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素 F_(1a)(6-Keto-PGF_(1a))的变化进行观察,以45例健康人及13例脑出血患者作为对照。结果显示脑梗塞组 TXB_2持续升高(>900 pmol/L),而6-Keto-PGF_(1a)持续降低(<300 pmol/L),脑出血组 TXB_2亦升高。
We measured the concentrations of serum TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1.with RIA method in 53 patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and 13 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH).The TXB_2 levels were significantly higher(P<0.01)in both group patients than normal control value.The 6-keto-PGF_(1a) levels were lower in ACI group(359±72 pmol/L)than normal control value(493± 145 pmol/L),and were normal in ACH group(496±150 pmol/L).These date implied that the potiential ability of vessel endothelium in producing PGI_2 is greater in patients with ACH than in those with ACI,and the ballances of TXA_2 and PGI_2 are disturbed in these acute cerebrovascular diseases.
