摘要
本文从微硬度量测方法得到启发,提出了一种新型的残余应力测试方法-围箍压痕法。采用轴对称弹塑性有限元计算模拟了围箍压痕法测量结构残余应力的力学过程,得到了围箍压痕时不同残余应力程度下材料的变形、塑性区和接触应力分布;并得到了残余应力与压痕力、压下量、硬度等的关系曲线;进而探讨了残余应力对弹性区材料表面应变释放的影响。
In this paper, in the view of microhardness measurement, a new method to measure the residual stress, named the method of hoop-stress is investigated. By the finite element method considering axisymrnetrical elastic-plasticity the process of measurement of the residual stress on structures is simulated. The simulation illustrates the deformation, the plastic zone and the pressure distribution in the contact zone and it also shows the influences of the residual stresses on the distribution, the total pressure and the microhardness versus the residual stress and indentation depth curves. Furthermore, the influence of the residual stress to the surface strain of the material in the elastic zone is studied.
