摘要
本文通过 MC_5抗原和 MC_3抗原在147例大肠良、恶性病变和正常粘膜中表达的研究,显示2种肿瘤相关抗原在非腺瘤性息肉、腺瘤及大肠癌中有递增趋势的表达,且其在腺瘤中的染色强度随腺瘤异型程度增加而增强,结果支持腺瘤-癌序贯理论,表明 MC_5抗原和 MC_3抗原在大肠癌的表达具有高度敏感性和特异性,并有从癌组织中释放入血的可能。
With anti-human colonic carcinoma monoclonal antibodies MC_5 and MC_3,147 specimens of benign,malignant tissues and normal mucosa were studied by avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex(ABC) technique in order to approach the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma and study the diagnostic value of tumor associated antigens in detection of colorectal carcinomas and precancerous lesions.The results demonstrated that MC_5 antigen and MC_3 antigen had a progressively increased expression in non-adeno- matous polyps,adenomas and carcinomas;the expression of MCs antigen and MC_3 antigen in adenomas were intensified with the increase of dysplastic degree,but the intensities of expression was not related with the patterns of the histologic type.The results support the adenoma-carcinoma sequence and suggest that MC_5 antigen and MC_3 antigen have higher sensitivities and specificities in the expression of the colorectal tissues.
