恒河猴月经间期不规则子宫出血与性激素关系

Relationship between Irregular Bleeding and Sex-hormone in Female Rhesus Monkeys during Menstrual Cycle

本文对8只月经周期规则伴间期不规则子宫出血雌猴进行观察记录并逐日测定雌二醇、孕酮,发现不规则出血均出现在周期第11天以后,5例出血1天。月经中期出血与雌二醇低值、显著上升、下降有关,月经晚期出血与孕酮显著下降有关,而出血时性激素水平有明显个体差异。

The irregular bleeding in female Rhesus monkeys(Macaca mulatta)during menstrual cycles is similar to that of humen being. Menstrual cycles,and the duration of irregular bleeding were observed in 8 adult female animals Venous blood samples were drawn from the limbs.Estradiol and progesterone levels were estimated by RIA.the results indicate that the irregular bleeding occurred on ovulatory phase or luteal phase.In these experimental monkeys,bleeding lastd only 1 day in 5 monkeys,3 days in 1 case and 5 days in another case,one animal continued to bleed for 10 days.The bleeding at middle phase was related to the fluctuating of estradiol value.The bleeding in luteal phase was due to the lowing of progetserone level. The absolute values of estradiol and progesterone during bleeding differed greatly among individual monkeys.
