摘要
对整定计算的自动调整问题进行了研究,提出了基于整定保护灵敏度约束条件、远后备保护灵敏度约束条件和远后备保护灵敏度传递约束条件的线路保护整定计算自动调整算法,由整定计算程序最大限度地代替工作人员自动实现保护定值的调整。算例表明,所提出的自动调整算法可以大大减轻整定计算人员的工作量,具有较好的实用价值。
Since the last decades, the transmission line protection relay coordination software has fast developed in terms of graphical interfaces and automation. However, the advancement in automation of relay coordination has not been able to help the protection engineers much from the complicated work for coordinated setting the relays. To reduce the protection engineers workload, this paper investigates the automatic adjustment of relay coordination. A method for automatic adjustment of relay coordination of transmission line protection is proposed. The method is based on the reset relay sensitivity constraints, remote backup relay sensitivity constraints and remote backup relay sensitivity transfer constraints. The adjustment of relay settings is implemented by the relay coordination program instead of by the protection engineers. The case study shows that the proposed automatic adjustment method is efficient and practical.
